  Sindus Andritz is specialized in maintenance outsourcing for the pulp and paper industry. Its scope of activity allows the company to deepen its knowledge of the field every day, developing new solutions and technology for the industry.   Currently, Sindus Andritz participates in Brazil's main pulp and paper mills - with some of them for more than 15 years - with an elevated level of involvement and responsibility. • Management Model

  Sindus Andritz possesses a consistent administration model, based on its leaders and on its technology. Leaders are the main agents for application of technology and management of contracts and personnel. Each contract undergoes strategic planning and has a structure capable of ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the services contracted, which includes a web portal for on-line management of the results, a training portal with e-learning and EAD tools, video, telephone and web-conference tools. In addition, we conduct regular customer satisfaction research considering a wide variety of client interfaces.
